[SCT-17] at Landau Institute more on slides from The VIIIth International Conference "SOLITONS, COLLAPSES AND TURBULENCE: Achievements, Developments and Perspectives"

Dear conference participants,

I added slides to the program. You can download that program at 
http://sct17.itp.ac.ru/sct17/program
and click at web links inside program2017.pdf file which will open 
slides in your browser or something. These links will work for sure if 
you use acrobat reader. If you use your own pdf viewer it is garanteed 
that the links to slides will show up. Please make sure that you e-mail 
to me your slides instead of referring to slides from the presentation 
computer. I will use ONLY e-mailed slides to make sure that I will not 
use any slides without your permission.

Also it would be nice if you check that your own slides show up (not 
confused with any others because I have many slides to add).
