Dear conference participants,

I added slides to the program for all of you who e-mailed them to me 
previously. You can download that program at

and click at web links inside program2017.pdf file which will open 
slides in your browser or something. These links will work for sure if 
you use acrobat reader.
You can still e-mail me your slides in a reasonable time and I will keep 
adding them to the program/conference website.
